Yakitoriya Sumire has a wide variety of menu items, including salads, snacks, side dishes, fried foods, noodles and rice, and sweets.
"What is Hinatoro?" It is a rare cut of meat called "shoulder meat" that is attached to the wing tip of Oyama chicken.

Hinatoro, also known as furisode, is a specialty of Sumire.Normally, a chicken is butchered by inserting one knife between the wing and breast meat, but in order to obtain this rare shoulder meat, the knife is inserted multiple times to remove it.The skin of the shoulder meat is wrapped around the inner meat and each skewer is carefully skewered by hand.Cook the skin until golden brown.
